Winter break is vast approaching and I want to take Sasuke the hermit crab back home with me.


So I called the airline where I had my flight booked and said, "Hello. I have a pet hermit crab and he is the size of a golf ball, is it okay if I take him on the plane inside of my purse?"

"...Wow. we've never gotten that question before"

"Yes, they aren't trendy pets"

"Let me put you on hold and I'll go ask, ma'am"

"sure"

*hold music*

"Ma'am?"

"Yes?"

"I have to transfer you to another department for your question. Is that okay?"

"Of course, and thank you!"

"Thank you for calling"

*hold music*

"Hello?"

"Ah yes. I was wondering if it was alright for me to bring a hermit crab with me on my flight. He is the size of a golf ball and can fit in my purse with no problem"

"Hmmm, never heard that one before. I'm sorry, but hermit crabs aren't allowed."

"Aww, I see"

"Why would anyone have a hermit crab on a plane?"

"He's my pet"

"Pet? Hmm...how big is he?"

"The size of a golf ball and he's very shy"

"Is that so? Well if he's that small I guess having him in your purse will be fine. It shouldn't be a problem with him being that small"
